We are pleased to say that we will make a beautiful oil painting of anything you like; if you have a photo of it, we’ll paint it. Our most popular requests are of photos from your wedding day, of your beloved pet, of your parents, your houses, cars, children, and even that cherished holiday location you’ve longed to go back to. Our artists will paint whatever photo you give us.
On top of that, if you would like a recreation of a renowned painting such as ‘Mona Lisa’ or ‘The Starry Night’ we are happy to provide this. The same options for size and frames as every other painting, and even at the same price. This is testament to the fantastic skills of the Artists we work with, nothing is impossible.
In terms of our image retouch service, your wish is our command; say your favourite photo is of yourself and a loved one, but in a busy place or with added people, we can simply take those people out, or change the background. We can merge two photos, pairing the two as if in the same place. We can remove shadows, change your clothing colours, bring back to life old photos of previous generations, or even place your face on a famous image. We extend this service to the point where all images need not be supplied by you, merely a description of a scenario. This service would really allow your imagination to run wild.
When placing your order we only require a 25% downpayment, which is refundable until the painting process begins. It is only after you have seen photographic evidence of your painting, and have given us the all clear that you are happy with it, before the full price is to be paid, at which point the painting is shipped to you.
Yes, the 25% deposit is refundable before the painting process begins. We hope to minimise any dissatisfaction with the finished painting by having the image or retouched image approved before the process begins.
In the event that you wish to have an old photo of a loved one or memory made into a portrait, rather than a new digital photo, the simplest option is to scan it and upload it, or simply take a photo of it and upload or email it. With our image retouch process, any issues such as losing quality should be fixed and cleared before any paint touches the canvas.
Yes you can ; simply select the size closest to what you are hoping for, and then detail the exact size you would like. The prices for this will change depending on how large or small you want it to be, but will be according to the closest size in our set options.

With our variety of options, and any potential traffic, this can vary. We ask that you give us 14 working days to complete your painting, allowing us to provide the best quality version possible. If there are any changes required before being shipped to you, this may take a further 2 days.
The paintings themselves will be shipped by the artist, cutting out added time and getting it to you in the quickest way possible, however none of these times factor in shipping time. Depending on where in the world you are will affect the time it takes to get to you.
